House of Gunn™ Charcuterie boards are entirely custom-made; no two boards are the same! They’re made with live edge lumber; the unique qualities of the live edge wood give these boards their natural beauty. All lumber is kiln-dried and prepped to make you the most unique board possible. Once the bark from the live edge is removed, the exposed edge is sealed, and the charcuterie board begins taking on its distinctive shape. Each charcuterie board is chamfered on the sides, enabling the board to be easily picked up without additional hardware, which would take away the natural elegance of the board design. It then goes through a series of proprietary processes I’ve developed. It takes about a week to create a board, and lastly, it’s given two coats of OSMO Top Oil, creating an ultra-smooth, natural low sheen protective, waterproof finish safe for all types of food.
These boards are not cutting boards. They are serving boards.
Boards are approximately 21″ long and 11″ wide with a bottom chamfer for easy pickup.

Each board is specially handpicked and is totally unique with its own characteristics and individuality. Therefore, each board is a little bit different, but all will look stunning for you. Each Board is completely unique in coloring and grain pattern and provides a stunningly beautiful rustic display option for an assortment of meats and cheeses! Handmade in my home workshop. A wonderful gift for housewarmings, weddings, and anniversaries, and even corporate gifts!
These boards are for charcuterie purposes, and it is not recommended to use them as a cutting board as knife work will scratch and scare the board since the finish on them is “softer than wood.”
